Basic Transports
Currently Cleveland County has a base rate of $375.00 for a basic ambulance trip to the Emergency Room. There is an additional $9.75 a mile for all transports in and out of county. These rates were effective 7/1/2007.

We have contracted with EMS Management and Consultants for our ambulance billing needs. This company started billing for us beginning with the date of March 1, 2004. If you have any questions about a bill after this date, please contact the billing office at 1-800-814-5339. Thank you for your patience.
