Connectivity Issues Continue:  

If your laptop will not connect to the wireless router, Shut Down the laptop (Not a Restart). This usually corrects the problem. Make sure you are doing a Shut down and not a Restart or Stand By. When you do a Shut down wait 1-2 minutes before turning the laptop back on. If you do a shut down and restart you will see the Panasonic screen displayed when the laptop opens.

To check whether the wireless router has connected you can double click on the monitor icon with the red x across it. The icon is located in the Task Bar. When you dbl click on this icon the Network Connection screen will display. Locate the Wireless Connection icon and you should see Connected or Not Connected displayed. Also if you open emscharts mobile it will advise you if you do not have a network connection.
