Emscharts Print Chart Function
Print Software
There must be a piece of software installed on the base pc’s in order to print the chart from the Print Preview selection in Emscharts. The following bases have the software installed: Sta#1, Sta#3,M8, M14 & M22.
Plans are to complete the installation at the other bases of
the software on
Connectivity
At the same time we install the above software we are doing the windows updates. It is hoped that this will improve the Internet Explorer connectivity. If you have multiple “Not Responding” issues on the same computer email ccemsjmccurry@yahoo.com so there will be a record of the problem and number of disconnects. Most of the time simply restarting the Internet Explorer is all that is required. Any information as to where in the program, any other programs open, etc will be of great help. Please include this information in the email also.
Moving Ahead
If you have reviewed the program and feel comfortable with the Export to State and Complete/Lock functions it is felt that the data points are established and you may start to document your three calls. Don’t forget to attach the same documents in the web based program that you put in our current pcr program. Once you document three real calls and print them out, give them to an administrative officer. Plans are to take the web based documentation and compare it to the current pcr program documentation for completeness.
