QUESTION:
I have numerous custom reports that we use at various times created and
 validated. Several run each shift.I have been asked numerous times
 about reports "timing out" Starting but never returning a report.
 Severalof our officers have talked to your staff who states the reports need to
 be redone.
My question is: What Changed?? They were validated and ran for months
 and within the last several weeks thay started giving problems.Please
 review Response Times(Jackie) from your side "again" and see if you can
 advise of any problems. I tried to change some criteria as suggested by
 David to Lt Rose but it did not help. We need to run the reports daily
 but are having problems.

Jackie, we made a change that should have allowed some reports to run

 faster, but this does not seem to be the case. We are currently undoing

 these changes, and will let you know when this has been accomplished.
